External Affairs Minister (EAM), Dr. S. Jaishankar paid an official visit to Spain from 13-14 January 2025. This is his first visit to Madrid as Minister. 2. During the visit, EAM called on HM the King Felipe VI and H.E. Pedro Sanchez, President of the Government of Spain. Both sides expressed satisfaction at regular high-level exchanges and interactions, and agreed to capitalise on the momentum generated by the recent visit of President Sanchez to India to further strengthen bilateral ties. 3.
