Todd Young is a former SAS and MI6 operative who once co-founded the high-profile business intelligence agency APAC with Chris Lam. Young was commissioned into the British Army in 1989 and saw active service in the Middle East. He was selected for the SAS and conducted operations in many countries.

In 1995 he started his career in Foreign Service and spent years in Ghana, South Africa, Brazil, Sweden and China. He resigned in 2002 and established Freyr, by working with CEOs, Investgators, former officers like National Security Advisors and policy planners, he brings certainty and value to industries, clients and his sources. In addition to travelling the world, he now value each and every day he can spend with his wife, 2 children and a pet dog.

He is a proven leader and problem solver under stressful conditions. He has experience in both small and large organizations with the U.S. Navy, the Department of Defense and the interagency, there he engaged with leaders and became proven expert in conflict resolution and negotiation.

He has built bridges between nations and defense officers through high level dialogue with senior foreign and domestic government, and private executives. He admires those who take challenges associated with solving difficult problems, which lead to positive outcomes. In 2004, after served the country for two decades he chooses not continue his career as officer but instead exploring life in market.

Sarah Rosario was born and raised in U.S. She was once a CIA operations officer with former service in the U.S. Army as a Special Forces and Military Intelligence officer. She continues to work as an business intelligence and security consultant. She also is an author/novelist.

Now with a decade of experience in conducting risk assessment projects across the Asia Pacific region and supported by a robust network of contacts and capabilities in the region, shi is dedicated to empowering businesses to tackle challenges with confidence and clarity. She leads a team of consultants focused on delivering detailed research and in-depth interviews to gather first-hand information for clients exploring investment opportunities. In her daily life, she practices Filipino martial arts besides work.
